Early in 2023 studiotrope began working closely with the Denver International Airport’s (DEN’s) Director of Planning & Design to address their workplace space crisis. In tandem with the Workplace Needs Assessment, the client quickly realized that they needed both an office policy and a Workplace Design Guidelines document. We then customized a 109-page document to reflect how their values and mission should translate into their workplace. Our graphics studio led the efforts to lay out images and text, proofread content, and create a “smart” table of contents system to allow for easy navigation of the digital documents.
Now with the Needs Assessment and Design Guidelines at our disposal, studiotrope is leveraging our public sector workplace thought leadership and space planning expertise to solve DEN’s immediate, near-term, and long-term workplace needs throughout their entire campus. The renovation of 4347 Airport Way was the pilot project for these Design Guidelines.
