STUDIO/PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

We serve diverse communities and strive for equity, diversity, and inclusivity in all aspects of our business and work – from hiring to project outcomes. As such, we are seeking highly creative, passionate, and dedicated individuals who are interested in creating meaningful work, contributing to sustainable profits, and actively participating in a thriving culture.

You might be a Troper if you:
Look at projects as an opportunity to connect people and communities to each other and the built environment.
See profit as a means to an end where everyone is compensated well and has a sense of safety and security.
Are willing to invest in your work culture because you value your colleagues and understand that we are not tools unto ourselves, but part of an ecosystem which relies on the health and wellbeing of all its members to thrive.
