Theatrics

sDC was asked to reinvent an established entertainment destination by creating a new theater/club hybrid experience. The venue would include night clubs, lounges, high-end dining, a theater and convention spaces for an variety of events. Completely unique to anything in the surrounding area, guests will be provided with a variety of experiences and choices. The existing facility was found to be limited by an inflexible configuration and untapped roofscape. A new 6-stop elevator is proposed to connect the interior spaces to a rooftop garden. The new configuration and materials will lend to a contemporary atmosphere within a historically rich environment.
