Equitable Workplace

Early in 2023 studiotrope began working closely with the Denver International Airport’s (DEN’s) Director of Planning & Design to address their workplace space crisis. The first step was to complete a Workplace Needs Assessment which entailed touring spaces throughout DEN’s campus, from Fleet to Finance, documenting where teams were located and interviewing all divisions at DEN – including the Executive Team. The months of work were compiled into a 170-page digital report that is now regularly referenced as a tool for any DEN staff to learn more about the entire organization.

This effort led directly into a Workplace Design Guidelines document.
